Reflyp is committed to maintaining lawful, transparent, and commercially responsible trade practices in the pre used and used smartphone sector. We do not knowingly support illicit device trade, stolen asset circulation, synthetic business identities, payment diversion fraud, or suspicious transaction structures.
1. Partner Due Diligence
Reflyp may request business registration details, GST information, billing records, authorized contact verification, banking documentation, trade references, and additional business information before approving an account or transaction.
2. Device Integrity Controls
Devices may be subject to IMEI screening, source verification, mismatch review, lock status checks, and hold procedures if trade legitimacy cannot be reasonably established.
3. Payment Monitoring
Reflyp may decline or delay transactions involving third-party payment sources, mismatched remitter details, unusual urgency, split payment behavior, round-tripping patterns, or other signals of elevated fraud risk.
4. Reporting and Cooperation
Where legally required or commercially necessary, Reflyp may cooperate with payment partners, law enforcement, regulatory authorities, insurers, or industry stakeholders in relation to suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, device theft, or other unlawful activity.
