Device Grading Policy

This grading policy explains how Reflyp classifies pre used and pre-owned smartphones for B2B trade purposes. Grade labels are intended to support commercial clarity, not to replace buyer inspection or brand-authorized certification.

Grade A

Devices in strong cosmetic condition with minimal visible wear under normal viewing distance, fully functional key features, and suitability for premium resale channels.

Grade B

Devices with moderate signs of prior use such as light scratches or minor frame marks, while retaining good functional condition and strong resale viability.

Grade C

Devices with more pronounced cosmetic wear that remain operationally suitable for value-led channels, secondary markets, or price-sensitive trade environments.

Functional Notes

Any known exceptions, part replacements, battery observations, or commercial-grade caveats may be disclosed at batch level and should be read together with the invoice, quotation, or dispatch sheet.

Important

Because grading includes a qualitative human component, minor variation may occur between units in a batch. Reflyp aims for commercially reasonable consistency and encourages buyers to align on grading expectations before order confirmation.
