Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch and subject to stock blocking status, payment handling, and commercial commitments already made by Reflyp. Because B2B device allocation often involves batch reservation and logistics preparation, cancellation rights are limited.

1. Before Confirmation

Draft quotations, sourcing discussions, and indicative reservations may generally be withdrawn or modified without penalty until Reflyp issues written order confirmation.

2. After Confirmation but Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests submitted after order confirmation may be approved at Reflyp's discretion. Administrative charges, payment gateway deductions, inventory blocking charges, or logistics recovery charges may apply where costs have already been incurred.

3. After Dispatch

Orders that have been dispatched or handed over to logistics partners are ordinarily not cancellable and will instead be governed by the applicable refund, return, and warranty policies.
